Oxyflux 6.1
Nuclear
Analysis technology
Specially developed measuring instrument for precise measurement of dissolved oxygen
Overview

The Oxyflux 6.1 is specifically designed for the NPP range and measures trace dissolved oxygen in the sub-ppb range, even at conductivities lower than 1.5 μS/cm.

The robust Thiedig sensor with automatic calibration is designed for continuous operation with minimal maintenance. Calibration can be performed at any time.

This always ensures a safe, reliable measurement result.

Advantages
  • High accuracy in the sub-ppb range
  • Short response time
  • Automatic calibration
  • Low maintenance system
  • pressure resistant analyzer block
About Sampling Cooler
Product category
Components NPP

Dr. Thiedig has developed special components for the secondary circuit of nuclear power plants. This application requires high demands in terms of function, safety and tightness. Among other things, special sampling coolers, cation filters (pressure-resistant), bellows valves and pressure reducers have been developed for this purpose. All components can be manufactured in requirement level AS 3, some in AS 2.

Advantages:

  • special components for the primary circuit
  • high safety standards
  • Production in requirement level AS 3 (in some cases even AS 2)

Oxygen

Oxygen plays a crucial role in the water-steam cycle of power plants. To prevent corrosion on boilers, pipes and turbines, the oxygen concentration must be continuously monitored.

The Digox 6.1 reliably offers
the highest level of accuracy and safety here.
