Spare parts
As soon as a part needs to be replaced due to wear or malfunction, we provide replacements as quickly as possible. Spare parts are supplied in accordance with high international standards and with short provision times.

Test method
The welding utilization of the available wall thickness leads to a high testing effort. This testing effort can be handled by Dr. Thiedig and implemented in our company.
Our non-destructive testing (NDT) procedures are:
- Visual Testing (VT)
- Penetrant Testing (PT)
- Radiographic Testing (RT)
This means that implementation in accordance with all the usual regulations such as AD 2000 (HP0) or EN 13445 is possible without any problems.
Certified testing up to level 3 (EN 473) is one of Dr. Thiedig's core competencies. State-of-the-art testing laboratories are consulted to ensure the required testing accuracy.
Piping and welding
High-pressure components are manufactured at Dr. Thiedig using modern CNC and welding machines based on the KTA 1401 and HP0 approvals, among others.
High quality is ensured by our highly qualified employees and the use of the latest welding technology and certified materials.
Welding plans and procedure qualification tests make it possible to meet the various requirements. We use the TIG technique, which is implemented manually, mechanized or also with closed welding gun.
Our products are known worldwide for their long service life and high corrosion resistance due to minimal heat input with the best possible value match.
