This system can regenerate directly in all cation filters manufactured by us without transferring the exchange mass.
The system can be operated with hydrochloric or sulfuric acid. Loosening, regeneration and rinsing are carried out automatically until the final required conductivity is monitored and ensure immediate use of the filters in the system. Also the processing of different exhaustion states as well as different compaction levels of the filters is no problem for this plant in parallel operation of the filters.
The system works without compressed air, which is otherwise often necessary. It ensures occupational health and safety, which is always an important issue, especially for this type of work in the laboratory.
