Sampling technique
High quality probe for sampling sample streams
Overview

Sampling probes are used for the connection to the process and the sampling of sample streams. The process-side shut-off to the austenitic impulse lines is provided by high-pressure shut-off valves (redundant >64 bar) and allows an operating range of up to 268 bar at 610°C (400 bar at 20°C).

Advantages
  • Use of defined materials to enable weldability with the process line
  • Positive-locking and pressure-resistant connection of steels of different grades for connection to impulse lines
  • Ensuring a high quality standard through a high proportion of in-house production

About Sampling Cooler
Product category
Sampling and dosing probes

Extraction and metering probes are connected to the process by means of an in situ welded connection and flange connection to the austenitic impulse lines. A process-side shut-off takes place via high-pressure shut-off valves (redundant >64 bar) and enables an operating range of up to 268 bar at 610°C (400 bar at 20°C).

Advantages:

  • Use of defined materials to enable weldability with the process line
  • Positive-locking and pressure-resistant connection of steels of different grades for connection to impulse lines
  • Ensuring a high quality standard through a high proportion of in-house production
