Analysis and sampling cabinets are used for the central arrangement of individual sampling devices in a common standardized and optionally air-conditioned cabinet.
The sampling cabinet consists of the following components as standard:
- Body consisting of powder-coated GRP or stainless steel suitable for outdoor installation (optional ATEX)
- Sampling system
- Cooling water system with defined connection flanges or optional self-sufficient cooling water supply
- optional secondary cooling
- Junction box for measuring devices and controls
- Space-saving arrangement for ready-to-connect (outdoor) installation for compact measuring tasks
- Ready for connection with defined interfaces to the control system, cooling water system and water-steam circuit
- Ensuring a high quality standard through a high proportion of in-house production
Central arrangement for operation optimization
Our sampling system enables the central consolidation of all sampling points of the process. The advantages of this central arrangement are above all very good clarity and cost advantages in the cooling water supply, electrical supply, disposal of the sample waters and the central interface to the control technology.
Complete and ready for connection
Dr. Thiedig offers complete customized sampling systems including all analyzers manufactured according to the valid standards (DIN, EN, ASME, British Standard). We also offer our sampling system for ready-to-connect installation in the open air in a container that can be shipped or also with a weather protection roof.
